DCC Electrical Busway System Product Description

DCC Electrical Busway System is a new economic distribution busbar product developed by Ding Sheng Group on the basis of CCX3 series Busway. This series busway has the advantages of CCX3 series busway while further improving the heat dissipation performance of the busway, increasing the width of the busway and reducing the thickness of the busway according to the skin effect of the current, reducing the cost of the same current level busway by about 10% compared to CCX3 series.

DCC Electrical Busway System adopts reasonable "sandwich" phase line tightly stacked structure design, the conductors are closely arranged, compact structure, smaller space occupation, is a safe and reliable power distribution system. The design of full weak magnetic aluminum alloy shell greatly reduces the weight of the busbar, and the larger heat dissipation teeth improve the heat dissipation performance of the busbar.

The busbar as a whole has low hysteresis eddy current loss, light mass, high strength, low reactance, good heat dissipation, etc. The highest protection level can reach IP66.
